2005 is a special year for FF John Taylor. In June 2005 John received his long service and good conduct medal, this represents 20 years service with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service. 2005 saw little changes at S58 Tarleton with the exception of a new appliance bay door which operates on a traffic light system an is fully electrically operated.
